F.A.Q. for parents on Kinder photo session

How long will the shoot take?

  • Our Mini Family Photo session takes 20 minutes. We recommend to come a few minutes early. We have someone to welcome you to your photo session and interact with your children to make it as easy and fun as possible when we start photographing your family.

When can I expect to see my photos ?

  • You will receive a link to your personal online gallery within a few days. You can download your chosen images as soon as they are available online. Your prints will be ready within 10-14 business days after you have selected your favorite 4 images.

How many images do I receive?

  • You will receive approximately 20 images to choose from in your online gallery. You then select your favorite 4 images. These are included in your Mini Family Photo session. You will receive them as digital files and as A4 prints. If you love more images you can purchase them as extras in your online gallery.

Our photo session is an outdoor shoot, what happens if it rains?

  • We usually touch base with you a few days prior to your session and check weather forecast. If mother nature has only a rainy day (or strong winds or hail) for us in store we will reschedule for the next available date.

I’m worried my child isn’t going to behave?

  • Please don’t worry about it too much. Your session is all about your child having fun with you. We are going to play some fun games to catch everyones personality. Sometimes it’s a good idea to have a little bribe like their favorite snack in your pocket for right after the session.

My child is not feeling well and I would like to reschedule my session that has already been confirmed.

  • That is absolutely fine. It is very important to us that every family member is well and happy so you get the most fun out of your session, If you need to reschedule due to health concerns, don’t hesitate to let us know. We will reschedule your session, subject to dates availability.

Can I have our fur babies in our photos?

  • Of course you can! Your fur babies are part of your family and we are happy for you to bring them along.

What should we wear for our family session?

  • The most important thing is to wear something comfortable. If you aren’t comfortable in your outfit, that will certainly show. In general, neutral, casual and simple works well. Rich, bold colors will add a nice pop to your photos. Layers and textures are always a plus. We recommend color coordinating your outfits but in a small doses so you don’t look to much the same. Avoid large logos and distracting large prints. If you wear a new outfit, try to iron out the creases, they won’t look nice in your images. Most importantly, stay true to yourself.
