Our studio dance photo sessions are designed for children of all ages and abilities, capturing the energy, confidence, and personality that make every dancer unique.

Whether your child is taking their very first dance class or has years of experience, our relaxed and fun environment helps them feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. From graceful ballet poses and energetic jazz leaps to hip hop moves and contemporary expressions, we'll create beautiful, timeless images that showcase their passion and dedication.

F.A.Q. for parents

Before the Photo Session:

Why do I have to pre-register?

  • There is a lot of work going into preparing for the photo session. Your pre-registration helps us to create your gallery, and organize all necessary paperwork ahead of the photo day, so that on photo day everything runs smoothly and without delay. It also shortens the time that it takes us to get your gallery ready after the photo session.

Why do I need to express my interest in purchasing images?

  • Editing an entire gallery is a time-intensive and costly process. We understand that not every family may wish to purchase photographs, so we have designed our process to ensure that editing resources are focused on families who are interested in purchasing a photo package.

    Families who express an interest in purchasing images will receive a fully edited gallery to view and select from. Families who do not wish to purchase images will initially receive an unedited gallery. Should you later decide that you would like to place an order, we will be happy to edit the selected images as part of your purchase.

On the Day of the Photo Session:

I forgot to pre-register. Is it too late to register now?

  • You can still register your child when dropping it off at the photo session. However, It will cause a delay in getting your photos ready, since we weren’t able to put all necessary details through our system beforehand. You will have less time to choose your images before the cut off time for printing.

Do you take group photos?

  • Yes we do. Group photos are only available as a print, not as a digital file for privacy reasons.

Do you take sibling photos?

  • Yes we do. We love taking them! Please let us know when you register your children, so we can create a Family Gallery for you.

After the Photo Session:

When do I get to see the images?

  • We understand that you are excited to see your photos! This is why we edit them right after the photo session. You will receive a link to your personal online gallery within 5 business days, if you have pre-registered your child.

How do I access my photos?

  • You will receive a link to your personal online gallery within 5 business days, if you have pre-registered your child. With the link you receive your login details as well. Please check your Spam folder. The invitation email might not go directly into your inbox.

How do I order my photos?

  • You can purchase downloads, prints, photo albums, and magnets through the “product” section of your personal online gallery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • It depends on the package. Purchased digital files are available to download shortly after your purchase, as long as you indicated during the registration that you are interested in purchasing images. Prints take 2-3 business days for delivery after the cut-off day.

Delivery:

  • Free delivery to your dance school is offered for all purchased print orders within the cut-off time. Orders are being send to printing as a group lot.

  • You will receive an email with a reminder before the ordering window is closed.
